Why can't boreholes be created here in America by a community? Is it illegal to do that?
my dream is for citizen scientists to be paid in crypto for monitoring the water (river, lakes, ground water) in their communities using IoT (internet of things) cheap sensors and like a raspberry pi. It's 2022, why hasn't this been tried yet?
Maybe America is sufficient and doesn't need these. I think boreholes could be constructed in America at areas that look a bit rural and far from city. The blockchain is for all.
