Just an honest feedback, the selfie requirement is a must? Not everyone is comfortable with revealing their look on the internet. It could stifle the response rate imho

as far as the selfie requirement: the new person can wear a mask or cover their identity......they still have to hold up a sign with their new Hive account name on it. This will greatly reduce the amount of fraud.....as i have been doing contests for a while. A new photo with a person (wearing a mask is OK), is what we are after.
they can hide their identity completely by wearing a mask or costume, but yeah they still gotta take a photo with them holding up a sign. otherwise, we would get tons of cheaters who would just create 10,000 new accounts.
If your referral wants to remain anonymous, that is fine, they can wear a mask. See examples below, both are perfectly acecptable.
