Well to be honest: normally I try to be patient and calm and all that, but today while writing this I am actually pretty annoyed because of my neighbors.
They are a bunch of I would say stupid people, who like to drink lots of alcohol. And drinking alcohol is ok, but when they're all drunk; they fight. Sometimes with knives and all that. π€¦ββοΈ
That is exactly what is happening right now. It's almost 11 p.m. out here and there is so much noise.
Everyone is tired of them. Even the local police. Actually the local police is also stupid, because they don't do much about it.
Now I am worried, because I have an exam tomorrow morning. I need to study, but due to all the noise I can't. And I can't drive away to study elsewhere due to lockdowns. Sigh. This is gonna be a long night.
But between in all the noise, there still that one thought that crossed my mind for a second. And I looked up at my mother and thanked her for the way she brought me up.
Atleast I will never act the way my neighbors do.

Yes, they broke down part of their own house. Then finally around 3 am in the morning they fell asleep. So I could study after that and my exams went well. So in the end everything was ok, atleast for me. π

@ddn688 that's true. My neighbors are like this for years. But now it's getting worse. First the father drank everyday. And his son grew up seeing that. That's how the son started drinking everyday. Now they drink together and then they fight.
My exam went well. I don't have my grade yet, but I could solve all the math problems they gave. π

Yeah, it take a lot to change because that's the home training they get.
That's why parents need to show their children the good way. Let them see the good first and be able to develop the right conscience

Like where income from, people who got married and started making children suffer so much while those who calm down for wealth enjoy it the most. It's only the age difference with the kids is the problem which is equivalent to mentally okay for kids

@germangenius I am glad to hear that you stopped drinking alcohol. I am actually proud of you for doing that. β€οΈ My father also drank a lot and he used to hit and abuse us. Then after many years he got sick and died because of alcohol. But while being alive he made our lives miserable. So I always advice people to not drink so much alcohol. But some people just don't listen.
