The doctors don't know any risk factors. They say it just happens randomly, and can happen to anyone. I was just really unlucky.
It's kinda scary how quickly we can suddenly deteriorate from being quite healthy. I don't drink, smoke, I eat good food and I exercise regularly. So go figure 🤔
But thank god I am well again now
