Linux rules, bigtime!!! Same for BSD (and MacOs pretty much as well)
At one of my previous jobs, we were cleaning out an old serverroom as the company was moving to a new building. What did we find? A Linux server, still running a webserver with a site that was still online. Running time without reboot? 12 years :-D

Indeed they do, to the max! That's fricking incredible, and yet I've heard several stories very similar to that, with Linux servers running without reboot for many years! You'll never see that with a Windows server...lol! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

lol! Can't even imagine that :-D Although, the old windows NT servers, and even the Windows 2000 server were pretty much ok, they were still faaaaaar less reliable than your average linux setup :-D

Yeah, those were pretty much the only reasonably good versions of Windows, but you're right, they still pale in comparison to Linux. I wish I had a spare laptop to give FreeBSD a go! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
