Trying to work out a balance between work/exercise/fun is always a problem for me exercise always falls by the wayside 😂 I count hive in the fun category as it’s normally a great way to unwind after work, reading some great articles

I agree with your thinking, i am trying to get strict with my exercise as i get older but the balance is tough @doombot75
