I am alive challenge. Everyday is blessed day, we should always give thanks to the most high God for counting us among the living soul. I am alive today because God made it possible.
As you all know exercise is my hobby, today I made this video of myself doing wall squat. It is a good exercise for the health.
How TO PERFORM A WALL SQUATS :
You stands with your back leaning against a wall and the feet moved forwards. You slide the back down the wall till you reach the normal squat position . Make sure you lean on a clean and smooth surface to avoid injury or bruise . It looks so simple but it worth doing.
