A large proportion of my time is spent pushing myself out of my comfort zone, both in my career / intellectually (the broad field of medicine can really put some stress on the mind!), physically with exercise, and personally as well (by accepting changes as they come... although I'm not very good at that lol).

Too much time spent out of the comfort zone is not necessarily great. I put myself back into it at least once per day - sometimes the entire day! This is essential for recovery.
