Yes, I do have to step back and take some deep breaths sometimes when things aren't flowing as I'd like, and to appreciate how far I've come so far, and yes, sleep...π One trade I accidentally sold for less than I bought, which made me feel pretty stupid. Thankfully I recovered the loss. Yes, even if I don't get to dolphin level by the 1st, I'll still reach it very soon! That's really great that you don't worry about your goals now!
