It all started on September 9th,2024 after the burial of a good friend. So many things changed in my plans with her that to move on immediately was so hard. Het children know nothing about the business we started and couldn't do anything to help. The family life was devastated and I have to let everything go.
It has not been easy and starting all over required much money again. I had to run to my hive account for some support and God has been faithful. I never knew how good this chain was to me until I see it live in my life for past three months.
We are in world full of challenges and know one knows how it will meet him or her.
I am just starting like a newbie on hive. I couldn't even celebrate my 2 years on hive as I planned it to be. In all I give glory to God who preserved us till today
Move on despite challenges
It is important to keep the smile as it has a lot of health benefits and help you to move on in Life . From my personal experience, smile reduces stress and anxiety. It helps the body to release endorphins which is pain relieve hormones. Smile can boost immune system and reduce high blood pressure. So you know that smile is good in improving quality of sleep.
###Benefit of smile on emotions
If you smile always, you increase your happiness and positivity., It enhance self confidence and improves mood as it strengthens relationships. In your social life, smile plays an important role in bonding you and friends. Most so, smile increases resilience and adaptability.
Smile and mental health
One way to improve cognitive function and focus is by smiling. It helps you in solving problems and enhance creativity. As I said earlier it helps to reduce symptoms of depression and help one to build self-esteem and support mental health. The more you smile,the more you increase your feelings of gratitude and joy . Do you know that smile is contagious , it will attract so many who smile a lot to you as it keeps your face on an inviting mood always. In all smile is good in an over all health. No wonder a wise Man said smile and influence your customers.
Conclusion
Death has changed plans of so many family today, sometimes keeping the whole family in a confused state and at last scatter their plan or how they use to live. Just like my friends family I mentioned earlier. I thank God that he never forsake the lowly ones and the fatherless. He always send a helper to bring the family up. He did same for her children and they have gone back to school.<p Friends, no matter how big that challenge maybe, always put on a beautiful smile, it will be over. It may push you to use up all your savings like me, don't worry, as long as the shoulder is still carrying the head, you will come up again.
