Thanks @edgerik for sharing this. I used to be on this table, saying "yes" when I actually meant to say "no". Compromising my happiness when the people or person I'm pleasing don't really care about my feeling. Thank God all that has changed. I have to be me...saying "yes" when I have to and "no" when I also have to. Settling boundaries is being principled and prioritizing one's peace. Self care is not selfish after all.
