Monday: Plan Your New Week
I started the week off with my first HIIT first session since I injured my hamstring 3 weeks ago. Took it easy and it was great to be back. That was a huge event for me, as it was the longest timeframe in 8 years that I went without working out hard. So far my hamstring is not barking, my endurance was not the greatest, but I got through it and look forward to another workout tomorrow.
I intend to keep my posting on HIVE streak going. I don't remember that last day I didn't post something and that consistency is showing the effects of doing so.
Finally, I have to get in another strong wave of email marketing to bump up my sign-ups as I continued to get some over the weekend, but it slows up a bit; if I am not at it constantly. There is so much that my auto marketing can take me. That takes a nice chunk a change and I rather invest my money into crypto.
