They may have sent you 10 pizza to your discord account. There is a command there that shows how to see your balance. I will see if I can find it.
You can then at some point send to your Hive account but I didn't do this yet.

yes, type a direct message to tip.cc $bals and it shows your balance
to withdraw them, I'm not sure yet! lol
