For this week...

Monday...its almost gone here, I visited the hospital for my health treatment.

Tuesday. Take a good rest with my mecication

Wednesday; complete my injection in the hospital with enough rest and sleep

Thursday : Back to work, post and engage

Friday : post and engage well

Saturday:laundry, market for foodstuff

Sunday: indoor games with my family after church.
