Whenever big companies CAN do it, they will DO it... As there is a big offer out there, they can "lure" you with promises, without paying for the additional job that you are doing... I heard a lot of stories similar to yours, and the loudest ones are the companies, complaining about how people are leaving their jobs... Of course, they leave when they are underpaid and nobody appreciates additional work... As in your example, other workers pay the price when a work colleague leaves... 😖

It is always nice to know the stories of friends from Argentina and other southern countries here in Hive, and that they talk about summer or autumn while others talk about winter and spring; at least for me who love the planet so much I love to enjoy each anecdote.
