I've come acroos some of needleworkmonday posts and it's so beautiful! I don't actually do it myself but my grandma tought me a little bit when I was a kid so I have very beautiful and loving memories about needle work π

Aww thatβs so nice you have those beautiful memories! My mom has been a seamstress for over 40 years and I watched her sew everything growing up. She tried to teach me but I had no interest back then because I thought it was boring. Years later (like literally just two years ago) I tried it and enjoyed the time spent with her but crocheting comes way more natural for me.
There are many people here on Hive that do not do needlework but still love to browse and support the needlework community. Weβre so grateful for all the love we get. Our members are so talented and creative and I seriously learn something new every week.

Thank you for the reminder! Dreemport is an intriguing project, and I like the idea, but I haven't been active lately. I'd really like to see a lazy man's version. Five articles in one sitting doesn't work well with my workflow, which is erratic at the best of times. How about a version that allows you to rate two articles in one sitting? Accept one and reject the other, even if they're both goods. π

I know this type of project is complex and a lot of work. This where I think the user feedback could be useful to see if any ideas could be implemented later on.
Yes, but then I wouldn't be able to rank the posts because I wouldn't remember the details of what I read :) This is an issue when I have 5 posts to curate. By the time I'm done reading all of them, I don't recall which one was better than the others. Then I find myself racing through all of them and don't pay proper attention to the details of the post.
I curated a couple of times, then I went back a few days later to add a link, and I got a message telling me to complete the curation. My time to post my link ran out. I think I was expecting to be given some form of "credit" that I could use at any time. For example, if I curate once, then I'm allowed to post my link once at any time. If I curate twice, then I expected to be allowed to add two of my posts at any time, and so on. This could get complicated on your end but maybe later some similar system is implemented.

I might be running out of posts to submit haha. I have this post on a gaming contest, but the images are mostly from the gaming server, I have no idea if such posts and images are allowed in your community.
I think if you are reviewing or talking about the game then that is ok, it is kinda like doing a film review and needing to use clips from films or pics of film posters etc in order to review the film...I think it is allowed in terms of exceptions. Just make sure that you put the links in and credit the source... But only use pics specific to the game you are reviewing... if you need to use generic pis then they must be royalty free or you must own the right to use them.

Thanks! Yes, all very simple and nice. On my first day I came across all hive's post on gardening, which is a subject I'm very interested in and would like to spend more time on someday (I have a large neglected garden). Anxious already to see what I get tomorrow.
As it is the weekend, you will see your results on Monday morning. The cycle runs from 4am UTC to midnight UTC for curation and posting. Then from midnight UTC until 4am Dreemport is closed for curation/posting and there is time for Dreemport screeners to attend to final screening of posts to clear them through to the next day's cycle. Hope that helps. And yes today you would have seen week 2 of the Dreemport Challenge posts that were submitted on Thursday. So next week Mon-Wed and Friday you can submit any of your posts to Dreemport (one a day max) but on Thursday you can submit a challenge post in response to the Dreemport Challenge post by @bluefinstudios which should come out on Monday I think... Next week will be the final week of the Gardening challenge so if you love gardening, please do get involved and have fun... !ALIVE

Remember that if you curate tomorrow then you must share your post URL tomorrow before the deadline. Each day there are 5 posts available to curate if you are intending to share a post. You don't have to curate/post every day but the more regularly you do it, the more feedback and connection you get and the more dreem tokens you earn. If you curate on Monday but don't share a post on Monday, the system resets Tuesday so you would need to curate again on Tuesday before being able to share your link to your post.

Thank you @funshee... I was very fatigued again today. After 8+ hours sleep last night, I woke after 10am, was awake for 3.5 hours, went back to sleep for 2 hours, awake 15 minutes or so, and back to sleep for another 3 hours... the fatigue and brain fog is something else π
This must be hard for you, I just hope this will be over sooner than we can imagine. Stay strong.

Thank you Jacoβ£οΈ I was just saying to Funshee that I have been so very tired today... after a good night's sleep last night I woke this morning late...but could only manage a few hours before heading back to bed...I even forgot I had a couple of hours of waking time this afternoon... it all blurs together... and then I slept again for a few more hours... now I honestly don't know whether I slept an extra 5 or 7 hours today ... oh well... I guess it doesn't matter... I woke up 3 hours ago after a long afternoon/evening sleep and am tired again. I think I may do something I don't do much of these days and just sit and watch some telly for a bit to switch off and then go back to bed. My clock is so screwed up...

Oh, we are enjoying her so much. Although we try to give her and my daughter some space to also get some rest. But I had the privilege of taking them to the pediatrician today for their first check-up. The results were great! They are both doing great! Thank you!

π thank you, my friend... it's a drawn-out thing this covid but thankfully I have not been critically ill with it. I feel quite fatigued and now it has manifested after 6 days as a heavy head cold... which feels a lot better than I did on day 1.
