I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

I'd say that there are very few people who would argue that humanity is in the midst of exceedingly challenging times, both on an individual and collective level, and that this is continuing to intensify with each passing day. There is a huge difference, however, between the fear being promulgated by the fakestream media and the celebrity and political puppets, and the authentic reality of what is now unfolding across the world, in every country. As the once-effective information echo chamber is ever-more rapidly eviscerated, with massive, gaping holes appearing everywhere, huge swathes of people are paying closer attention, and are taking research into their own hands, further accelerating The Great Awakening, and the fall of the hidden cabal and their satanic slave matrix.
As the populations of the world catch up to what 'conspiracy theorists' (actually conspiracy analysts and realists) have been saying for many years now, even decades, I watch it all, tracking everything quite closely, from my off-grid jungle community. The curtain is being lifted, the façades are falling away, and the dark agendas which have always been operating from the shadows, are now finally becoming visible to most people on earth. This is not at all a gentle process, and as the darkness bubbles up into our individual and collective awareness, even here in this off-grid community, I do my best, day in and day out, to maintain my balance, and to keep a positive focus, both where I'm living, and here on Hive.
Because Hive is sovereignty-driven, and is aligned with what is actually good for humanity, I am relentlessly and tenaciously determined to continue, no matter what is happening around me, building and growing here, just as I've been doing over the past 3+ years. With how challenging things have become at GaiaYoga, especially over the past few months, to say that this is not easy is an understatement. I've always found a way, though, to keep my Hive fire burning, regardless of anything that I've encountered, and I intend to continue doing so.
These next few months are most certainly going to be crazier and wilder than most people can even imagine, and I hope and pray that I, and we, are able to move through it all as easefully and gently as possible. Awakening rarely goes that way, however. The most important and momentous events in human history (as opposed to fake history) are happening right now, so it is truly essential that everyone, everywhere, pays attention, does his or her own research outside the failing echo chamber, and takes responsibility for his or herself and affair. Only in this way can actually appropriate and useful decisions be made.
It's honestly a bizarre and surreal experience for me to be aware of what I am, and to keep going with my daily activities, both here in the jungle, and here on Hive, as if everything is 'normal'. It's not at all normal, and it boggles my brain that so many still act as if it were. I'm here (on Hive, and in this jungle community) to assist, help, support, and to share information, but people must, out of necessity, come to their own awakening for themselves. Nobody can do it for them. The Great Awakening is very much do-it-yourself.
Yesterday, Friday, I left the Flow House just after 3PM, once I had finished up my Hive tasks, and shared a fantastic hour-long phone conversation with Amy (who stayed here at GaiaYoga for a short time), that covered many interconnected subjects. We'll very likely be continuing our conversation, and also even collaborating with each other, soon. For community/land work (aside from milking the cow solo in the morning) I collected a wheelbarrow full of Melochia leaves for cow-milking food, and coordinated cow milking with Jo(hanna), who had just returned, and who used to milk the cow before she left GaiaYoga for several months, to go back to the mainland. I was also able, thankfully, to take a good number of more photos for these posts. I returned to the Flow House in the early evening, to write and publish My Entry for Reflection Hunters Contest: Round 188 - Giant Neoregelia Reflections, to get to my usual evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got through everything by about 9:30PM, and after a bit more engagement on Waves and Ecency proper, some token management, and scanning and tracking events on X, I finally went to bed just about 12AM. I woke up a little later than usual, around 8:30AM, feeling pretty good, doing another round of token management, starting on this post, catching up on my notifications a bit more, and then getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee, and to help Ano unload his truck after his Friday cocoing trip, and then reload it for the Sunday market. After helping Ano, I returned to the Flow House just before 10:45AM to write this post. It's now just before 1:15PM, so it's a great time to end this post, so that I can get to my few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to strain and blend kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao), take more photos for these posts, and then community/land work. 2024 Life Goals
1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do.
2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness.
3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others.
4.) Dance regularly again.
5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again.
6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.
7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.
9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships.
10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice.
11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

It's important to remember that blood sugar can be measured in two units: mmol/L and mg/dl. Many diabetic patients have a glucometer at home, which displays one of these units. This can confuse patients who are unfamiliar with the other unit when they see the result. It's important to note that both units are correct, and they simply represent the measurement in different ways.
Converting between the two units is fairly simple using the following formulas: mmol/L × 18 = mg/dl and mg/dl ÷ 18 = mmol/L. For example, if a blood sugar reading is 5 mmol/L, it can be converted to 90 mg/dl (5 × 18). Conversely, if the blood sugar level is 150 mg/dl, it can be converted to 8.3 mmol/L (150 ÷ 18).
