I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. In my post yesterday I talked about how the leadership of the centralized crypto exchange Bitforex had been arrested by Chinese authorities, and later forced to overhaul their site to make it more 'secure' by implementing KYC verification. I also mentioned how my friend Bryan had to withdraw his asserts from Binance-US, as they are apparently ending service to those who reside in the US. None of this could have happened with the decentralized, internal exchanges (DEXes) that we have here on Hive, and that also exist on DeSo and Qortal. Anything that is centralized can, and eventually will, be controlled, in one way or another, by perceived 'authorities', as is now happening with the numerous centralized crypto exchanges (CEXes) worldwide.
Since Bitforex was the last CEX of which I'm aware that did not enforce KYC verification, from this point on I'll only be utilizing the internal, decentralized markets of the above-mentioned sovereignty-driven blockchain ecosystems. I refuse to bow to overreaching 'regulations', unjust 'laws', or submit to unlawful invasions of privacy, it's as simple as that. None of those that are pushing and implementing such nonsense have any right whatsoever to do so.
Yeah, the trading volume on Hive Engine is far lower than most CEXes, but actually owning and controlling my own keys and assets is absolutely priceless, and trumps anything else in terms of importance. I have no doubt, also, that as goverments worldwide push their various crypto 'laws' and 'regulations', that more and more people will indeed begin making use of Hive Engine, and the other sovereignty-driven DEXes, in large part because they are outside of the scope of control by outside agendas.
When I tell y'all that what we have here on Hive is truly something special, I mean it, and our DEX, Hive Engine, is just one of the many things that makes Hive the exceptional Blockchain that it is. On Hive Engine, we are able to receive, trade, and send crypto assets (like BCH, BTC, DOGE, LTC, among others) from other blockchains, which makes HIVE as an asset all the more valuable, because it links and interconnects various blockchains together in shared commerce, and all outside the control of banks or governments (though the potential use of quantum computers to break seed phrases and private keys is a bit concerning).
Across both layers 1 and 2 Hive has an elegant and fully-functional economic and financial system that is far superior to any fiat economy (to which it can also connect), and while it is not perfect, it is an incredible feat of engineering ingenuity that works fantastically well most of the time. What I very much want to see is Hive, and the other sovereignty-driven blockchains with DEXes, to work together and to interconnct our Blockchains by listing each other's primary tokens in their own DEXes, which would strengthen and give greater value to each of our blockchains, and to all of our assets on them.
Yesterday, Wednesday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, just a little after 1:30PM, and while I had intended to focus on photography first, the weather did not at all cooperate, so I strained and blended kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) in the Landing instead. Sadly I wasn't able to get any photos at all yesterday, which means that today, which is also very uninspiring for photography, I need to take a good batch, including some for my entry in the Shadow Hunters Contest. Finding good shadows when there is no sun is quite a challenging quest indeed, but I'll do my best. I collected a wheelbarrow full of assorted foliage for cow-milking food just before sunset, after which I took a shower, then I cooked up my last batch of the tuna that I've been marinating, and with that and my jar of leftover superfood fire cofee in hand, I made my way back to the Flow House, to get into my evening round of Hive tasks, and to catch up on notifications. I got everything on Hive done by around 10PM, and after some token management, and a quick scan of my X feed, I went to bed just a little before 10:45PM. Super thankfully I did sleep well, waking up around 6:30AM, doing another round of token management, starting on this post, catching up more on my notifications, and then getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee, and to milk the cow with Hans. It was Hans' second day milking, and things went pretty smoothly again, for which I'm very grateful. After milking, I returned to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 1PM, so a great time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to first focus on some photography, both for these posts and for my entry in the Shadow Hunters Contest (wish me luck, as there is no sun), and then community/land work. 2024 Life Goals
1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do.
2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness.
3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others.
4.) Dance regularly again.
5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again.
6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.
7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.
9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships.
10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice.
11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

Indeed, it is very concerning, especially when you consider that private keys that would take regular computers, even super computers, thousands of years to crack, can be potentially done so with quantum computers within seconds to minutes. Thankfully there are already developers on a few blockchains working on anti-quantum-computer defenses. We need that for Hive too. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
