I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
I've been mentioning in these posts as of late that I'll be traveling to the Hamakua coast, on the north shore of the Big Island, to assist Melekai with her women's retreat, by offering bodywork, tomorrow. Melekai has a school function to attend for her son Elohi first, so I'll be leaving GaiaYoga around 12:30-1PM to meet up with her at Elohi's school, and from there we will commence our journey north.
This will be the first time that I've spent the night, or multiple days, away from GaiaYoga in more than 2 years, so I'm doing my best to make sure that everything important is addressed before I leave, like keeping my Qortal node online, and being able to do what I need on Hive. Kevin will be milking the cow for me on Wednesday the 18th and Thursday the 19th, so that's handled thankfully. Bryan said that he would collect cow food for me for the days that I'm away, too, so the cow is good to go.
Today will be a day of preparation for the trip, with various necessary things that I have to get done before I leave. I'll need to pack everything that I need to make my superfood fire coffee every morning, as well as extra food that I might need, including all my spices with which to season the food, and popcorn, too, that I might be making. Since I'll be leaving Tuesday, I'll also have to make sure that the dry-goods order for the Wednesday town run is done today instead.
Because of the trip preparation, I have quite a lot of various little things to get done today, along with my usual daily tasks, like taking photos for these posts, and collecting cow food. I've also got to buzz my head and face, so that I look less like wild jungle man, strain and blend kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) for the trip, and chop and dump used coconuts at the upper coco bar with some tidying up as I go.
As I mentioned previously, I'm the only man that was invited to be a part of the retreat, where I will be offering shorter, 1-to-2-hour sessions (as opposed to my much longer, and much more thorough, 4-to-6-hour ones) to the ladies attending, most of whom already know me. I still have to see how to organize my time when I'm there to be able to do all the sessions, and make sure my important stuff on Hive is done too. I'm sure that I'll return with many lovely photos, as the Hamakua coast is utterly gorgeous. I don't know how this women's retreat will go, but as in everything, always, I'll do my absolute best.
Yesterday, Sunday, I left the Flow House, once I had finished up my Hive tasks, around 2:30PM, putting my focus first on taking photos for these posts. Elohi had asked me to assist him with a computer problem (it's Akuna's old laptop that is running Arch Linux), so I spent a while doing that, twice. After helping Elohi, I got my machete and collected a wheelbarrow full of assorted edible foliage for cow-milking food, and then I made food for Elohi and his sister Iolanthe in Tutu's. Once that was done, I headed to the Landing to collect my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and then I returned to the Flow House to get into my evening round of Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got everything done on Hive by around 11:30PM, and after some token management, I went to bed by about 11:45PM. I woke up just before 7:30AM, still feeling like I needed more sleep, doing another round of token management, writing and publishing My 133rd Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update: 2/3 Weekly Goals Exceeded, and Last Two Weeks of 2025!, and then getting out of bed to go milk the cow with Hans. When I finished milking, I went to the Landing to finally make my superfood fire coffee, and then back to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 1PM, so it's an excellent time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to continue with my very busy day of trip preparation, and my usual daily tasks. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until the next version of this post tomorrow! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
2024 Life Goals
1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do.
2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness.
3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others.
4.) Dance regularly again.
5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again.
6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.
7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.
9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships.
10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice.
11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
