I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. The past few weeks have felt like a whirlwind changes, shifts, challenges, and so many incredible things coming together and falling into place here on Hive. There were some unpleasant events as all, like our MMB Meta-Project tipping bots getting downvoted, and the situation with DRIP, but those were simply obstacles that we've been surmounting quite well indeed. Even with the challenges, most of this whirlwind of changes and opportunities has been extremely beneficial and positive, especially with the We Are Alive Tribe. Amazing possibilities are in the air!
On the MMB front, Bjorn (@borniet) and I, now that we've successfully dealt with the issue of our tipping bots getting downvoted (with them thankfully now being upvoted on this daily tip-summary posts), are now ready to begin moving forward with further development and unfolding of the MMB Meta-Project, one step at a time. There are a lot of parts to fit together into a larger system, that we intend to roll out following the developmental timeline that we're in the process of clearly elucidating now.
Regarding the We Are Alive Tribe, we now have all the necessary pieces to the puzzle, and we're beginning to put them all together, a bit at a time. We have the keys to all the accounts, our ALIVE tipping bot is up and running again, the Alive Chat is going again with three engagement challenges per week, and we now also have a pretty solid income to boot. That's pretty fantastic, especially considering that the community was only handed over to us at the end of December.
In terms of me and my own account, things are getting equally exciting in multiple areas as well, with excellent growth of layer-1 and layer-2 assets, as well as for assets that I'm earning off-chain. While the DRIP debacle definitely hit hard, since I depended on the daily SWAP.HIVE payouts for my day-to-day token management operations, I've been adapting and flowing around this obstacle, and in the process making my layer-2 income streams more reliable and stable. With the assets that I'm growing both on and off-chain, I believe that I'll be able to do another mega-powerup at some point this year, with the hope of exceeding 15,000 HP.
I just swapped my first of four batches of DRIP to SWAP.HIVE, and with that I got more PWR to put into the SWAP.HIVE:PWR pool, and CENT to put the rest of my SWAP.BTC into the CENT:SWAP.BTC pool. When the next round unstakes in a week, I'll further boost my liquidity in various solid pools, and perhaps buy more BBH and/or some BBHM. My strong hope is that I'll be able to recoup my substantial DRIP investment as much as I'm able before the price drops more. My experience with DRIP has informed and taught me not only how to (and how not to) better manage the projects with which I'm involved, but also how to invest in layer 2 in a more dependable and effective manner. My passion for Hive, which was already off the chart, grows stronger by the day, because I can see all my time, energy, effort, and focus over the past 3.25 years on the Blockchain paying off more every day. Yep, the fun's just beginning!
Yesterday, Saturday, I left the Flow House, after I finished up my Hive tasks, just a little after 1PM, heading to the Landing to strain and blend kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao), and then back to the Flow House to prepare for my session with Sol. Although we started late, and we had to truncate the session quite a bit because of it, the session still went well, with Sol leaving grateful. As soon as her session was done, I stopped by the Landing to pick up my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and then back to the Flow House, to dive into my evening Hive tasks, and catching up on my notifications, which very thankfully I was able to finish by 11PM. Once that was completed, I wrote and published My Entry for Reflection Hunters Contest: Round 201 - Sunny Bamboo Puddle Reflections, Part 2, and then after to some quick token management, I went to bed just before 12:15AM. I woke up just before 6AM, still feeling that I needed more sleep, doing some token management, starting on this post, and then getting out of bed around 8:15AM to go make my superfood fire coffee, and to milk Daisy with Jo. After milking, I returned to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 1:15PM, so a marvelous time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to take more photos for these posts, finish my session laundry, and then collect cow food. 2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
