I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
In my post yesterday, I mentioned my idea of beginning to officially pay team members who host and co-chost Alive Tribe activities and challenges, possibly with ALIVEM. Well, after talking it over with the rest of the core lesdership, I'm happy to announce that we're a go to make it happen! I'm still hashing the numbers, but as of the moment the plan is to begin paying Alive Tribe team members who host and co-host activities once per week in ALIVEM, at a rate (this still might be adjusted) 0.05 ALIVEM/per activity/per individual if hosted solo, and 0.025 ALIVEM/per activity/per individual if co-hosted. I'll likely do this new payroll on Sunday, at the end of each week, so for this new week, I'll do it this coming Sunday.
I (and the rest of the Alive Tribe leadership) want those who are hosting and co-hosting events, which are very beneficial for our community, to feel well appreciated and supported for their service. Since ALIVEM is the ALIVE miner, it makes sense to use it as a payroll asset, since it represents an investment in the Alive Tribe community, that will help people grow their ALIVE holding and stake.
Bjorn's (@borniet) script for daily ALIVE dividend payouts is very close to being done, and now we're at the stage of being ready to test it out. Because of this, today I'm going to look over the various Alive Tribe accounts to see which one would be the best choice as the sending account. I'll do that after I get this post published. We are a go as well for both liquid and staked ALIVE receiving dividends, with staked ALIVE receiving double. This could go live this week, or early next, if all goes well.
I'm very grateful that we've been able to accomplish so much in such a short period of time, in restoring various parts of Alive Tribe functioning, and bringing the community back to life once again. This truly is just the beginning, however, as we have much more planned, that we intend to roll out over the course of this year. Stay posted!
So it's looking like I will be able to replace my recently-deceased laptop quite a bit sooner than expected, super thankfully. A woman with whom I work in sessions, and who really appreciates what I do, paid me in advance for 6 sessions, so I'm now within a range that makes buying a new laptop feasible again. To say that I am grateful for this is an understatement! So now I need to make some time to actually look for a suitable new system that can be shipped to Hawai'i. Fingers crossed!
Yesterday, Sunday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, around 2:30PM, and altough I had intended to focus on some photography for these posts first, the sun, or lack thereof, made me change my plans, and work in my old nursery again for a little while, sitting soil, as I waited for Jo, with whom I was planning to meet up to do some planting in a bed next to the Peanut Lawn. I got another good chunk done, but man is there a lot of soil! After Jo arrived, and we got out four special plants in the ground, I took a short token-management break up at the Flow House, after which I got my machete and collected a wheelbarrow full of assorted edible foliage for cow-milking food. Once I had that done, I stopped by the Landing to get my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and with that in hand, I made my way back to the Flow House, to get into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got everything done by a little after 9:30PM, and after some in-depth token management, I went to bed just after 12AM. I woke up a bit before 6:30AM, after having thankfully slept well, doing more token management, writing and publishing My 141st Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update: Not the Best Week for Goals, but Solid Growth in Diesel/Liquidity Pools, then going to milk Daisy with Jo. When I finished with milking, I transported two full gas cans, and a full propane tank, to the other side of the property in a wheelbarrow, to deliver to Power Sharing and the Landing respectively. As soon as I had that done, I finally made my superfood fire coffee, and returned to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 1PM, so a great time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to give my attention first to some photography for these posts, straining and blending kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao), and then community/land work. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until the next iteration of this post tomorrow! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.
Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
