Something like that, yep! Well, there are many different kinds of martial arts, and it's possible to train alone, or to train and spar with others. I trained capoeira for 3 1/2 years for 3 days per week. I was in the best shape of my life at that time. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
