It's likely (but not guaranteed) that when the price of the HIVE token shoots up (let's say $1 each), then the Resource Credit cost of claiming Account Creation Tokens will be significantly lower (let's say only 4,000 Hive Power worth of RC required). π€π€π

The actual Resource Credit cost of claiming an Account Creation Token depends on the number of Hive accounts that have recently claimed ACTs using RCs. π€ Since it's likely that relatively less HIVE gets powered up and more HP gets powered down when the price of HIVE increases (significantly), less RCs become available overall, which means less RCs can be used to claim ACTs which finally means that fewer Hive accounts claim ACTs. π€―π€―π

Hrmmm...well, that's all very useful to keep in mind when wanting to claim account tokens using RC. I won't worry about it. I'll claim some when the option becomes available to me. πππβ¨π€

I haven't calculated the cost of claiming an Account Creation Token using Resource Credits when the price of the HIVE token was at its All-Time High (about $3.4 each), which whose RC cost is probably at its All-Time Low. π€π€―π
