    Yes, though engagement is a bit different on each of them, and none aside from DeSo (and Hive, of course) has an activity or engagement leaderboard.

    Not really so good. I don't presently put much focus on it, as I've been busy with other things. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

      Looks like some of those other platforms (such as #Bastyon) emphasize quality posts and comments, so they don't have an engagement leaderboard. 🤔🤯

      A good strategy to help recruit more people is to try to recruit them once (without spending a lot of time doing so), wait for some time (such as a month), then try to recruit them again (with a slightly different approach), because people's preferences and moods change over time. 🧘‍♂️🤓😏

      That might hold true for Bastyon, though it's also rather bate-bones in that it doesn't have an internal decentralized market, communities or groups, or leaderboards.

      Yes, that does sound like a useful strategy, but honestly, if someone is not able to grok why it would be a very good idea to create and grow an account on Hive, I'm certainly not going to waste my time or energy. I discovered and onboarded myself to Hive, because I perceived just how exceptional it was from the very beginning. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

        Yeah, that's a reasonable assessment. Bastyon is like a very simplified version of Hive in many ways.

        Indeed, that's true. I never push, so I get no refusals. If people want to join, I'll help them, but if they're not really interested in the idea, then I won't waste my time or energy. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

          Looks like someone who want to have a simplified "sovereignty-driven" alternative to the mainstream social media platform whose logo is similar to the 24th letter of the English alphabet can simply use #Bastyon! 🤔😎 Having a platform that is (very) simplified means that the users can focus on the content instead of tokens, smart contracts, and other features on other platforms. 🧘‍♂️🤓

          It also looks like you mean that a simple "no" is enough to make you stop inviting someone to join you on something (such as Hive or the other "sovereignty-driven" platforms that you use). 😏
