Even if a Hive account is manually used to vote, then there should still be a standard way to measure how many votes (of particular Voting Percentages) per given period of time will qualify the account as "active" (relative to automatic curation if also used). π€π€―π€
That's !INDEED true, but content consumers on Hive (who only read and curate but seldom reply) might be seen as "not active" even if they manually vote a lot. π€―π
I have read some comments on Hive proposal posts saying that the number of active users is more important than the number of new users. π€
