There are many forms of therapy which cater to different needs and preference, some of them we discuss below:
Art Therapy
Art therapy is all about using creative processes drawing, painting etc... to help folks express themselves in a better way. It is good for those who have lot if difficulty in expressing themselves on a regular basis.
Eye Movement Desenstization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
This is more of a structured therapy that encourages folks to focus on trauma and memory healing, whilst moving their eyeballs. It is particularly effective in treating PTSD and trauma.
Somatic Experiencing
This particular form of therapy uses the sensations in body to fight trauma, it's techniques involve releasing painful trauma that is pent in in body and hence improve the overall outcome of the patient.
