The leaves are gradually beginning to fall, and despite the abnormal temperatures for early September, which resemble summer more than autumn, time is unforgiving. Before we know it, we'll be in the "depression season" once again.
I've always loved winters, but for a few years now, winter has lost its snowy charm. Back in my childhood, it used to be filled with snow, but now it mostly brings rain, endless clouds, and chilly humidity. Nonetheless, there's still plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors, and I'm making the most of it.
I enjoy walking immensely, and today, I believe I've surpassed 10,000 steps. I no longer have a smartwatch to track it, but judging by my level of activity, I believe I've done quite well. Over the past few days, I've started hiking up the hill where our local monastery stands, and let me tell you, whoever attempts it is definitely burning some serious calories on the ascent.
Descending back to the sports club from where the journey begins isn't something I particularly relish, but as long as the weather permits and I have good company, I'll continue my daily uphill walks.
It's been almost two years since I started going to the gym, and I still don't have a flat stomach. Admittedly, my eating habits could be cleaner, but I certainly need more physical activity as well. I may not be thrilled by the transformation of the landscape from vibrant green to rustic shades of autumn, but one can't fight the changing seasons.
I decided to convert all the photos I took today into black and white because they seem to resonate with the autumn vibes and the current sentiment in crypto. While the crypto market might reverse its trend by the end of the year (according to the experts 😉), the weather follows a clear path.
As for whether I should have retained the original colored versions of the photos for this post and uploaded them alongside, you'll only find "gloomy black and whites" from me in this photography post.
