Possibly because people think these things aren't dangerous anymore and they don't have to take care not to spread their germs to others.

I've been to Las Vegas once and it was interesting, nice and warm unlike here..
But I wasn't quite sure what to make of the place.. it sure is different.. lol
I was surprised when I got it, and then when I had to go weekly to a clinic for checkups I was shocked at how many had it at the time
