If someone follows my posts, my work as a writer-blogger, my hiking in the woods and on the river, then they probably remember that last Sunday I went skiing with my wife and the weather was sunny and wonderful. The sun was shining yesterday and the Full Moon was visible in the sky at night. But this morning it has already started snowing heavily and it has been snowing all day.
Where will we go for a walk? Of course, to the Embankment. Because my car is at the other end of this street.
February is the month of big snow. It can snow for several days without ceasing. I look at the weather forecast and see that it will snow for a whole week. This means that every evening I will have a job cleaning the house territory from snow.
By the way, 2 days ago there was an accident near my house. A heavy dump truck loaded with sand ran over the boy. The boy remained alive, but his leg was broken, he was taken to the hospital. The thing is that the road is poorly cleaned of snow and it has become very narrow. There is a high brow along the road and it is very difficult to walk with your feet. Probably, the boy slipped and fell under the wheel of a traveling car. After hitting the child, many policemen came to investigate the incident and drove a tractor to make the road wider.
Probably, now the highway patrol will often be at the entrance to our village, stop the car and check the documents. Idiots!
In a local online group, people are very indignant about this in the direction of the city administration. There is a big problem of having a sidewalk for pedestrians along the road from the city center to our village. People walk on the roadway. A lot of people died because of this. Thouse, even 2 boys died, they fell under the wheels of a car from a bicycle. Once I witnessed a boy on a bicycle crash into the side of a traveling car. And everyone knows that nothing will change. This will go on and on!
I have walked this road several times. About 7 km. There is practically no street lighting. It was autumn, there was a dirty road and a dark season. In winter it was nicer to walk, snow improves visibility and cars almost don't drive at night. But usually I used to often walk to visit friends on this road to the neighboring village, about 3km. we were young. We did not see how people live in other countries, for us it was a common thing. If someone died under the wheels of a car, then people said - it was his own fault, look around. And many continue to think the same way now. They say - the city Administration has no money! Is there money for Ukraine?
Yes, of course, when you walk alone and there is no one to talk to, a lot of thoughts revolve in your head. I remember a lot of what I've lived before, I remember my youth, friends. Now everyone has left and we rarely see each other.
I was almost at my car. It's warm in it, I started it in advance with a keychain.

Glad the boy is OK after the accident well alive and only broken bones is not really OK but you know what I mean

Есть такая змняя русская забава - чистка снега))
Есть женщины в русских селеньях.. и в нерусских тоже есть.
Это я к тому, что товарищ был у меня с округа Нью-Джерси, недалеко от NY. Он показывал как они там снег разгребают. там такие снегопады бывают... за ночь машину полностью под снегом заносит. в школу не ходят дети даже. и это даже не Аляска и не Канада.
У нас снега обычно мало, зимой коровы и лошади в степи пасутся. А около сотни км проехать - тайга, придгория Саян, там за ночь так проваливает, без трактора не разгребешь.
ооо, у вас круглый выпас. а что они едят в степи зимой?
в дагестане тоже пасутся круглый год, но не понятно, что едят... ничего же нет в горах зимой.
Прошлогоднюю траву, тоже сено, только высохшее на корню))
