Repetitive walks in the same place can become boring for us as we tread on well-worn paths and see familiar images all the time. In this case, the walk has more of a health-maintaining purpose, a medical purpose, and a physical necessity.
The walks I take in the few parks I have chosen in my city have, I must admit, primarily a purpose related to exercise and health, but also one related to the enjoyment of taking photographs.
There are other reasons, such as the landscape, the flowers, and the small animals that have made the park their home, but all of these are outweighed by my passion for photography.
This is how I banish boredom while walking in the same park, on the same paths, and around the same pond.
Looking for places, things, and views to photograph. People, landscapes, animals, birds, flowers...
People are so natural when they don't know they're being watched, they always have something on their mind, and I like to try to guess what it is that's on their mind. Of course, I may be far from reality; I can't know that, but I find this exercise interesting.
Each time I take my share of pictures of unknown walking partners.
As written below, the recommendation for this community of walkers is that they do so:
Make a point of looking around and up and see what you can find to get shots of that otherwise you may miss.
I try to do just that on any ordinary walk.
This winter in which I am living now is devoid of color, or, rather, all colors are faded, without brightness.
I missed something colorful and chose to show a walk from last September, from Circus Park in Bucharest.
The most ordinary presence in this park is the wild ducks, although it should be something extraordinary for wild waterfowl to live in a small park in the middle of a big city.
Something that I, as a child, saw in a zoo, locked in cages, I now see in a park. In every park that has a pond or a lake.
We are now seeing a migration of animals from the wild into cities, closer and closer to humans. There are many explanations, but perhaps the most important is the food search.
Whatever the reason why these birds are there, I am glad that I can stay close to them and see them and photograph them.
Because I remembered missing the colors. I found some colors on a wall in the park, some colors probably put there by some graffiti teenagers.
I find it an interesting drawing and I love the colors!
I always start with photos when I want to write a blog. Photos remind me of places, events, and feelings that turn into words...
Since we all love photography, let’s explore the captivating details captured in these photos.!
A wise saying goes that a photograph is worth a thousand words, but I don't think so.
It depends on the viewer.
Make a point of looking around and up and see what you can find to get shots of that otherwise you may miss.
Wednesday Walk, every Wednesday, like this one today. This is one of the recommendations made by @tattoodjay for those who prefer walking and are used to sharing impressions and photos in his community,
Greetings brother! I'm glad you shared this walk from a few months ago, and the images you took are lovely, both of the people passing through the park and the beautiful ducks on the lake. For me it is always nice to coincide with your walks, especially because the main focus is health and wellness, and as the description of this community says, to photograph everything we can see along the way. Thanks for sharing, happy day!...

Oh, Happy Day. Thank you!
It's wonderful how you've found a way to turn something as a routine as walking into an opportunity for creativity and enjoyment.
Beautiful pics.

Great posts with lovely photos. I know the feeling of walking the same paths....but somehow there is variations due to seasons, people you meet etc🙂
It's so beautiful to see the ducks, you had an amazing walk
Seeing the lake full of that green was a delight and the ducks, so bright and beautiful on that sunny day. Beautiful walk!
That small pond covered with large water lily leaves, how beautiful it is. It's never boring to walk in such a place, no matter what time of year, although autumn, summer and spring are still more diverse in colours than winter, I agree. 🍁
I'm glad you agree with me about walks. Those in parks have a specific nature and we approach them differently than those in cities or nature, which are closer to a trip.Thank you, @mipiano!
I can relate photo walks are my favorite walks, and even going to the same place to get steps in for our health its always cool taking photos looking for new views and perspectives and even though the same area things are always changing
Thanks for joining the Wednesday Walk and have a great day
Always with pleajure.

Thanks kindly your support is appreciated
Have a great day
When there is such a beautiful place, we like to walk more, we like to see the natural scenery and the benefit is that our health is also much better.
