RE: Around the World in 80 Trees

in Wednesday Walk2 months ago

Of course, the name is inspired by Jules Verne's "Around the World in 80 Days", which I remember from childhood. The botanical garden is vast, a great place for a long walk in the shade of the 80 trees. I liked the palm trees, significantly as they don't grow where I live.
Can you think of anything I didn't like? Can you guess?

The paved walkways. I would've liked some more rustic paths, more like forest roads. Forgive me; sometimes, I'm a bit grumpy.

Yes, indeed, like Jules Verne's book, but through 80 trees. How nice idea it was to make this place and call this route like that ;))

I get you, small, rustic paths would be perfect; and there was one, a few levels up, in the forest, it was called the forest route.
I suppose these wide pavements are needed because of the maintenance and accessibility of all the spots by the workers, as well as to facilitate access for people with disabilities. My guesses just. 😉

Good night @bluemoon 👋

You're right, especially with the facilities that a well-made road offers. I say with shame that I didn't think about the disabled...
