The great "undressing" begins

in Wednesday Walk2 days ago

With the rains, the image of fall in our country has changed. It's been raining for a few days but not too decidedly, a soft rain that has, however, affected the parks and trees in the neighborhood.

Most of the yellowed leaves of the trees have fallen and stuck to the ground in a sad and wet picture, starting the great stripping of the trees of their leafy clothes...

IMG_0002.jpg

This happens every fall and it is the beginning of the fading of colors and the victory of ashes. This spills over into people's moods as they walk around feeling increasingly sad that they have to stay indoors for the next few months.

I live in the happy situation that I have a park very close to my house, but even more than that, I am forced to cross the park whenever I want to leave my marginal neighborhood and take the bus or subway to get downtown.

IMG_0018.jpg

My forced walk today, because it was more of a walk through the park, still brought in front of me some images that I want to share with someone... of course, with you, thanks for your indulgence.

Just when I thought people were staying indoors I was wrong once again. A large group of people were gathered at one of the entrances to the park. Because we have elections for president and parliament coming up and I thought there was a political propaganda action going on, I was wrong again.

The people were there for the exam to get a driver's license.

I was unpleasantly reminded of the adventures I had a few decades ago when I went through this exam myself.

However, these memories were quickly erased by the image of the park illuminated by the yellow of fallen leaves.

IMG_0011.jpg

I enjoyed the view but some don't think they are enjoying it...

Although we're not yet considering the winter ahead, the birds are aware and beginning to gather supplies.

Take the nuts and run, in this case, fly!

Children are most upset about the bad weather outside and having to leave the playground deserted.

IMG_0022.jpg

Soon the trees' clothes will be on the ground, forming a kind of protective blanket against the coming frost.

IMG_0008.jpg

It was a short, hurried walk, or, as I said, it was just a walk through the park to get to the subway and then downtown. I have a goal and a desire. I want to see a park that is extremely small but has a statue that interests me.

Soon more about this park in University Square.

This whole story might not interest anyone but I hope you find something interesting in the photos. "Because, in the end, it's all about the photos."

Make a point of looking around and up and see what you can find to get shots of that otherwise you may miss.

This is one of the recommendations made by @tattoodjay for those who prefer walking and are used to sharing impressions and photos in his community, [Wednesday Walk]
(https://ecency.com/created/hive-155530), every Wednesday, like this one today.

I like the autumn foliage! Maybe if I were the one who had to clean the park every day then maybe I would like it a bit less... but it can give just joy, to see all these colours, even if they announce the winter and colder weather.

Hm, that instrument in the last photo - I am looking forward to seeing the post from that place :))

P.S. Why unpleasant memories about the driving exam?

Haha... I'm not a good driver, I took the driving test four times to get my license. It was very stressful.

what a lovely walk, we have had rain colder temps and strong winds most of our trees are looking bare

Thanks for joining the Wednesday walk

Have a great day

Thank you! I saw on TV some ugly pictures of flooding in Malaga, I hope it's not something bad.

3000 people were evacuated as a precautionary measure and there is material damage, there were heavy rains and streets were flooded, I have received videos of the water in the streets but my family and I are fine. Thank you very much!

I'm glad to hear that.

The best thing about fall is the photos you can take ;-)

Haha, I agree!
