I had a tough week and my life partner convinced me to exercise.
Tuve una semana difícil y mi compañero de vida me convenció de hacer ejercicio.
First I must say that "Tunja" is a cold city in Colombia which means that even if it is sunny it is cold (I think we are more than two meters above sea level) and I am very cold. That's why I refused to exercise outdoors, every time I committed to do it I ended up procrastinating again.
Primero debo decir que "Tunja" es una ciudad fría en Colombia lo que significa que aunque haga sol hace frío (creo que estamos a más de dos metros sobre el nivel del mar) y yo soy muy friolenta. Por eso me negué a hacer ejercicio al aire libre, cada vez que me comprometía a hacerlo terminaba procrastinándolo de nuevo.
I took some pictures of where we were. A small grassy field and a playground nearby.
Hice algunas fotos de donde estábamos. Un pequeño campo de hierba y un parque infantil cerca.
I brought my yoga board and did some stretches for the spine.
Traje mi tabla de yoga e hice algunos estiramientos para la columna.
He did his laps trotting around the field. 🏃♂️
Hizo sus vueltas trotando alrededor del campo. 🏃♂️

It was a simple but quite liberating day. I recommend exercising to stay healthy and not be lazy like me. 😂
Fue un día sencillo, pero bastante liberador. Recomiendo hacer ejercicio para mantenerse saludable y no ser perezoso como yo. 😂

Exercising outside is the best and that place looks perfect for the task.
Without a doubt, it is the best place, as long as you can resist the cold 😁
How cold is there?
the temperature can vary between day and night. Right now we are at 14°, at night it can reach 3° :D
Pretty much the temperature we have here right now :)
Cool, I come from a temperature of 29° in VE, I am not used to the cold, but I like to enjoy it 👍
