I was sleeping my ass off in the bus. Okay, hold up a bit. The journey was supposed to begin at 4:30am but I got jerked awake by 3am after going to bed at like...1:30am? That was only because I was taking care of stuff.
So, the only thing I could do was sleep in the bus which I did. This time, we were heading towards El-Amin International School in Abuja, and boy! Did I wish the glass of the window wasn't tinted.
I had just lifted my head, wiping drool from my lips when my eyes nearly pooped out and I thought I was in an alternate dimension. The clouds! The clouds were so close I could literally see them, maybe touched then if this silly glass could open. For once, I was mad at a bus and its driver.
But we got to El-Amin (thanks to google map) and I was impressed by the setup. This was where I got to know that it was a KAMU we were called for. A KAMU is a traditional wedding.
Okay! I and the girls took off in search of breakfast (mostly as an excuse to look around).
I realized at some point that the whole place was really big. Very big. One just couldn't see it at first glance but...
In case you couldn't tell, the school has their own small field of events, mostly football if you ask me and we worked by the bleachers...
So, I and the girls got bread and akara outside the gate. Coming back, I nearly flipped while trying to capture this...
That was just little compared to what I saw on the way. It was mostly cloudy. We have entered into the month of August and it is hello rain! As I am typing this, itās raining. I wonder how @tengolotodo is holding up. Lol. Heās a sunshine person. Wait. Hey. Tengo. Is the weather over there also Cloudy?
Fast forward a little and guests begin to arrive. I quickly rushed to freshen up and had the chance to meet these two beautiesā¦
They were doing PG 13 stuff at first and then they saw the camera. Do you think Horses have moral ethics? š
Anyway, I said hello and proceeded to where the bus parked so I can get my toiletries and this guyā¦
ā¦did not look happy to see me. I have watched videos of these things pecking butts. I gave him a wide berth in case you didnāt notice and I also called him, āSchmobā.
It was smooth sailing after that. We had lunch, got dressed in our uniforms which was traditional styleā¦
ā¦served some steamy hot chops and hit the road back home. Still, I canāt get the images of those thick clouds resting on the mountains during our arrival out of my head. Donāt think I ever will. All in all, I enjoyed my work trip once again. It was a fantastic weekend despite the odds.

I have to. I just have to say it. "Awwwwn. Those horses look adorable". There is something about horses. Those animals are one of a kind, in a good way. And why on earth would they be doing PG13 stuff in publicš¤¦. Now I doubt that they have ethics (maybe just a tiny bit).

Hehe. sometimes I also sleep on the bus also but I think it's not a good habit and it has some risks also.

Both horses are looking cute and the environment was refreshing. I love such a kind of environment.
In the case of the sky, I feel it's looking not so scary but who knows it may make a destructive move.
