It was one of those nice early mornings when you just want to walk, enjoy everything around, drink a good coffee and enjoy the company of a friend and my dog Cora ππ
Chengene Skele, Gypsy Bay or Fisherman's Village or simply Chengene is a village located about 15 km from Burgas and inhabited by fishermen. Their boats can be seen lined up in the canal by small houses.
Some of the houses are more like very small tin huts with one room and a bathroom each, and are not privately owned, the fishermen pay rent to the Burgas Municipality for them.
Right next to the fishing village is the ethnographic museum "Chengene Skele", a small beach and a marina. We walked around because it was too early for the complex and the cafe to open.
They had just begun dismantling the water skiing facility, which was in its first year as a sports attraction at the park.
It was 10 o'clock and we broke into the cafeπ
Here in the complex itself there is a stage where concerts and other events are held.
Nice spot to have a cup of tea by the lake βΊοΈ..
It's the Black Sea but it doesn't really matter, a lake would still be very nice too π Thanks for the comment @jane1289, have a lovely day π
