now - you and I both have a love for the jacaranda - but the one that comes in second place to me??? bougainvillea! ohhhhhhhhhhh i want my house SURROUNDED by bougainvillea and jacarandas! hehehehehehe

that one tree at the top -with the flowers that wilted before you got to Grandma's house! hehehe that one looked like it had a lei all around it - my goodness - it was just full and brimming with color and life!
and you see all these flowers everyday??? hehehehe wow.... paradise :)

Thank you so much. Yes, we have Jacaranda trees further down the road but they bloom in Feb and hang around until mid April. They are the shadow of heaven.
We have the Java cassias which also bloom around a same time but a wee bit later and the Rosea Tabebuia all in shades of pink
In summer April to July we the sunny yellows and fiery reds in bloom and Bougainvilleas are all season flowers.
Yip paradise indeed, fills my hear with so much joy when I see them.
I bet heaven has better flowers and sight for us.. I don't think we can even begin to imagine that kind of splendor.

Bougainvilleas are the easiest to grow, I am sure you can fill your forest with color. Here it grows so wild.
I love the trees around your home and the trees I saw on your Wednesday walk, they seem to point straight up to heaven.
