I run outside, or walk, but, I admit to having a gym built when I built this house. For those days when it rains or snows or whatever. However, I am frugal because there was a community center that had high-end equipment and they were going into foreclosure so they sold three pieces of awesome PreCore treadmill, elliptical, and one more piece of equipment for $150 - I couldn't have bought the replacement bolts for one machine for that!
Anyway, your run was splendid and you ended up with a lovely flower in the end. Well done! A beautiful day for a run! #alwaysaflower

Going out side is always number one, but as I live in the east where we get inclement weather in the winter oh, it is to my benefit. Anyway oh, I miss the days Sunshine all year long but I do love it here so there's always a trade-off. I hope you are having a wonderful day!
