One day to go and October will end. I think, this month, and out of 29 days, I achieved 90% of my 10-minute walk a day. At first, I was too lazy to do my walk and sometimes, I would miss a day and just add another 10 minutes on the next day. But now that I am constantly doing it, I make time to complete this task. The following things that I noticed while consistently doing my 10-minute walk: I was motivated to walk every day. I felt guilty if I missed a day that I did not do my walk. Despite walking every night, I did not get tired when I woke up every morning. I have a good sleep and most of the time I sleep early compared to before. Less insomnia. The best thing was I discharged my waste daily because, in the previous months when I didn’t do this walk, I was not doing it every day. Maybe because of my metabolism when I started doing the walk, it works well. I hope the progress that I feel nowadays will continue.

As I shared before, I usually conduct my 10-minute walk after doing my paid job. After I arrived home from work, I changed into clothes that were comfortable for a walk, not extravagant ones, just ordinary clothes that I used daily. My route will always be in the neighborhood.
I would say there are lots of good things about doing a 10-minute walk a day. I experienced the benefits of it on hand and I like to encourage people who are not fun of exercise like me that a 10-minute walk is a good start to it and maybe just like me, that I am now able to manage more than 10-minute walk a day. They said that it takes 30 days to make a hobby and the hive community is proud of you and how far you've come. There's a lot of benefits walking can give us but I think what's so nice about it is not only we become physically healthier but it can also help with our mental health

I didn't know there was a 10 minute daily mini walking challenge, sounds great hahaha, although I think I always do it and sometimes I last a little longer..... I like that part when you say you get there and put on some comfortable clothes, I feel like that's how the body is left after going for a walk, comfortable and relaxed...
