Wednesday walk, The Heidestein forest pond!

in Wednesday Walk6 months ago

Hello Wednesday walkers!

Today I will take you with me around the forest pond near my house! If you follow me you will probably have seen more of this place already! It's very close to my house and I love to walk here!

This is park Heidestein in national park Utrechtse heuvelrug! I feel very privileged that I ended up living here! So much beautiful nature around my house!
And just before summer, the forest is full of flowers!

And the water is still pretty high these days!

But the duckies don't mind that! they love all the exces water! Olso brings them more food I think!

This pond dis also overflowing! The trail along this pond is completely wet and muddy!

And this little tunnel is very nice now with those flowers around it!

The water normally just comes to the two middle columns! But it was higher earlyer! It even came to last columns!
