Good morning Good afternoon Good evening whenever you come across my post I great you all I'm happiness by new I want to share with you guys my Wednesday walk am from Ekeya okobo local government area Akwa ibom state Nigeria,but I base in uyo .
uyo is a nice city,we have good roads ,good people and so on
alright let's move to the vocal point this is how my Wednesday walk goes.
first of all when I entered my work place I was very very happy with my fellow nurse,I feels very happy work and interacting with my fellow nurse, because we run shift morning shift, afternoon shift and night shift,so I was on afternoon shift so I went and meet the afternoon people and they were about to go because they were done with their work .
so I was very happy today working ,this is me checking my patient vitals signs before administering drugs to your patients so that's you know if the patient vitals signs are normal.
so I decided to walk down the ward.
I entered the ward.
First of all
so I decided to check my patient her blood pressure because she an hypertensive patient so rI need to monitor her blood uiuupressure .
secondly
I checked her temperature so that I will know the point of hotness and coldness of her body. because the health of my patient is my priority.
after have checked all the vitals signs,I took the folder to the dispensary for drugs administration.
this is me going down to administer drugs to my patient with my calipot.
I was very happy doing that.
