I will be sharing you my last week's work employment progress..
Cebu bound..
I traveled to Cebu last January 22 and booked a ticket with Lite Ferry since it’s more affordable compared to OceanJet. OceanJet takes only 2 hours, while Lite Ferry takes 4 hours. If you’re in a hurry, it’s better to go for the pricier option!

Arrived Safely..
Living on my own here in Cebu is quite challenging, but I'm truly grateful to my friend for supporting me while I'm away from my family.
The place is vibrant and full of energy, surrounded by modern buildings and bustling streets. It’s amazing to be part of such a dynamic environment, even though being away from my family can be tough. Grateful for this journey and the opportunities that come with it!
It’s all part of the journey, and I’m one step closer to achieving my goals. Grateful for the opportunities ahead!
It's a small but necessary step as I continue sorting out my requirements. Grateful for every progress!
Going to the City Hall..
Although it only took fifteen minutes to walk from my boarding house to the city hall, the trip was lively and full of life. Tricycles and motorbikes were speeding by, vendors set up their booths, and pedestrians were navigating the constant flow of traffic. A combination of sounds, conversation, and the subtle scent of street food being prepared nearby filled the air.
The walls featured a vibrant mural that celebrated the city's rich history and landmarks; the official seal of the city was prominently displayed on the polished floor, adding a sense of formality to the space; displays about sister cities, local accomplishments, and partnerships surrounded the central area, framed by lush greenery and flowers carefully arranged to add warmth and life; the exhibits were surrounded by red and white ribbons, giving the place a ceremonial feel.
Reward after a tiring day.
I need to be mindful of my spending because almost everything here in Cebu comes with a cost—food, water, electricity, transportation, personal hygiene, and more. It's important to carefully manage my expenses.
Conclusion:
Looking back on everything I've accomplished so far in Cebu, from adjusting to a new environment to completing tasks like getting my cedula, I realize how much determination and perseverance it has taken. Each step has required strength and focus, whether it's managing expenses, navigating daily challenges, or simply pushing forward despite the difficulties. These experiences have shown me that achieving even the smallest goals requires resilience and a firm commitment to keep going, no matter what.
