I hate it when someone comes late. Sometimes I have the patience to wait, but when it stretches longer than 30 minutes, I'd be annoyed, lol! Anyway, it's good you found a nice place to kill time and enjoy some snacks and those kitties are lucky to have you around and fed them :)

    Sam here, lol. Those are the kind of people na walang paki sa oras nong ka meeting nila.
