"Hello everyone!"
Here is the pictorial overview of my Wednesday Morning Walk:It's Wednesday here and almost last weak of December, 2023. One week ago ago, I was reading some posts about Wednesday walk most of the most of the @Hivers were sharing their experiences about wellness of Wednesday walk after that I thought next week, I will share my personal experience in this rewarding community "@Wednesday Day Walk".
Let's Start:
It's Wednesday here, and I got up early in the morning to go for walk. Usually, I like to go for morning walk every day because it relaxes our mind and prevents us from many diseases like blood pressure, diabetes,heart problems. After getting up I came outside from the bedroom, and I noticed a fog from the top of main gate because it's winter season here in my country. I started wearing my track suit, puffer jacket and shoes when I got ready I came outside on the main road of society where I am living. As the main gate entrance is shown below:
In the picture you can see some stones 🪨 on the road because the roads of society is under construction. Now I went towards the little park which is inside of this town where I am living, only 5 acres away from my home. I was on my way and I saw a some nice flowers. I took some pictures of these flowers which will show my interaction with the nature on this foggy morning.
I really love flowers, whenever I see flowers, I like to feel the beautiful fragrance which relaxes mind.
After that I started walking towards park here I something very special and the amazing technique of gardner who is taking care of all the plants in the town.
I really appreciate the art work of the gardner, his way of cutting is describing that he is mastermind in his profession.
After looking at these plans I entered in the park where I usually like to sit on the desk to relax my mind.
In this park I sit on this *Merry-go-round " and close my eyes to feel the nature, because nature is the best. In picture slides are shown on which little kids enjoys their time.
This a little park but many people's visit in this park every day.When I first time came in this park, I saw a really interesting "Fish House" but now the fishes are died due to unknown reasons here is that little fish house.
After spending few minutes in the park I decided to see the fields around the town, here I saw a vegetables field like cabbage, corriender,and mustard plants.
In the fields I really enjoyed very much because the air was very fresh and clean, after that I decided to go back to home from the main gate side of town.In the front of the town Okara bypass is passing whose length is 12.7 km which is constructed in 2005 in ruling duration of General Parvez Musharraf.
After having all of these interactions with nature on this Wednesday Morning I came back to home.
Concluding Thaughts:
I really enjoyed this Wednesday Morning Walk because it is very important for our body, it makes our muscular system strong and saves us from heart diseases , diabetes, blood pressure and makes us more attentive.

Love love love this i'm such a huge person of flowers and beautiful shrubs , old playgrounds or just old buildings , I was looking at a page on facebook and saw very old ships and lighthouses which was beautiful, My love of flowers though never gets old. I have a house plant that is 24 years old , my mother planted it for me a year before she passed away. it is now 5ft tall.I never thought of taking pictures as I walk , but I will now. Thanks for the beauty you shared.
