Looks like a city that is cat friendly :) The wooden little house looks like a mobile shop or probably a food truck.
Interesting structures that have their own stories to tell.

Ha ha, why not 😅 They are part of the walk! So I don't ignore them.
I wouldn't say exactly "cat friendly". People here just don't care and leave cats on the streets, also don't neuter them and this has its inevitable consequences.
As for the wooden mobile structure, I too thought it was kind of a food truck or a mobile canteen, but something there still makes me waver in my opinion...
