"A Big Thank You to you"!

This is #wednesdaywalk #11 of 2025, and the first one of April 2025 so I decided to go in the direction of "quality vs quantity" and have just a few photos of the local South Texas Wildflowers that are currently blooming. I wanted to do this and will a few more times here and there for sure because in a few weeks they will be gone!
But first, A Big "Thank You" to @tattoodjay for running this -
But no matter, it saves me some gas normally at least as opposed to before!
So while I was over there, actually yesterday I noticed that there are quite a few blooming on the property, so... I decided to take some photos. And I did take quite a few but with the wind most were fuzzy at best. So I picked out 4 that are viewable. So friends for #wednesdaywalk this week I went over to the "old house" and fed the Kitties. These days I have it down to "Sun, Mon, Weds, Fri", though due to a Drs thing this week the rotation for shuffled...
First the Shrimp Plants which are not Wild, but are blooming.
This is a bud on a branch just opening,
And this is one about half open. You can see why they are called "Shrimp Plants"! One day I will find the "Blue" variety as well!
This is a Texas Dandelion or "Pyrrhopappus caroliniaus",
Striking Color!
And I caught this Dandelion that has already gone to seed. I love the sharpness of this photo and wanted to especially share it with you this evening,
And that was it for this week. The others are fuzzy/blurry in comparison so I am going to leave it at these.
I want to thank you again for your visit and wish you a Very Blessed, Happy, and Safe Week!
Please Take Care of Your Loved Ones - "All - Ways"

Nice walk around the neighborhood
Wow, great shot of these unique-looking flowers; up close, you can really see some of its tiny details. I think I've seen the red shrimp plant but I haven't seen the blue variety. Some more flowers to discover next time.
