Hello Hivers! I couldn't recall when was the last time I wrote my entry for #Wednesdaywalk hosted by @tattoodjay. As much as I wanted, there is none to share as I rarely go out. If I do, just in the neighborhood. However, after I soothe my baby to sleep today, I happened to scroll photos in my laptop and found some that I haven't shared here yet. For now, pardon me for sharing my previous walk. Surely, when the baby is already walking for sure I can go back to my old routine.
Sometime last year, I posted one of my endless walk during my vacation in Taiwan; Fo Guang Shan Monastery to be exact. To add on, here is what you can see more while strolling around.
Before reaching the temple, you will passed by a building that serves as commercial space. Food, souvenirs and anything you need.
This is the exit already going to the temple where you will pass by a long pavement as I posted here.
What caught my interest are the displayed souvenirs and merchandize that cost wealth for me 🤣. Buying was impossible but at least I could see this pricey collections.
The first one I saw was the bitter gourd made from Gold. How lovely it was to be displayed at home, lol. However I am not sure if how long it was last as it might be stolen!
Kidding aside, I don't have enough money for purchase but it was near the exit though 😆.
For the close up view.
Chinese were known for serving best Tea so it was not surprising to see this. As much as I wanted to buy one, I could not! That's around Php2000,000 in our money.
I am not that oriented with Chinese culture so I am not sure what is this for. I tried asking but due to language barrier I didn't understand what the staff was saying. One thing I noticed, in TW you need to have a translated app in your phone. Only few could speak and understand English. Yet, most of them are nice.
And here's more!
Want to have one?
Of all the displays, the one that catches my attention that I even joke the husband to purchase it for me was these one!
Why? This is the most expensive! It was even place inside a glass box. How much?
Yep, 990,000NT or around 1.7 million pesos in peso!
What was the response?
I could go back home, no need to stay with him, 🤣 He was just kidding but yeah, how?
What about you? would you buy this one?
Finally made my entry for Wednesday walk though I don't know when I can again? Maybe next month as the husband is here. I had someone to accompany me walk around with the baby. Also, apologies for a short blogs. My baby is a jealous type, I can't hold my phone when I am with him.

Omg, those are pretty collections but their price is maganda din, hahaha. They are all shiny na parang nakakatakot na to get some items. I'm curious tuloy if there's really people that buy these items 🤔
It's scary to touch nga, baka mabasag ko ba 😆.
Siguro rich people eh

I do like Chinese tea and their little teapots, but I will pass on those prices!
Too expensive that it would be too scary to use if ever!
I remember breaking one of my boss's teapots. She wasn't happy in me that time. Until now there were times she would bring back that topic and show me the angry face 🥵. She said it was too expensive and more than 20 years old 🙂↔️
