We headed to Montreal today and explored the area while walking to our destination. It was a rainy day and the temperature was in the 50s. We even brought out my daughter's coat that she wears in the Fall/Winter. I didn't mind the rain, since it made the streets a little less crowded. We parked over on Rue St Cuthbert, then made our way up Boulevard St. Laurent toward Avenue Duluth. St. Laurent had more traffic and was a typical avenue you would find in the city. Duluth is a great street for walking since many parts are blocked off for pedestrians only. There are quaint cobblestone streets and many cute boutiques and cafes along the walk. The outdoor seating for the restaurants and colorful murals on the buildings add a lot of character to the street.

I was excited to see a Little Free Library outside of Maison De L'amitié De Montreal. Want to know what was inside?
VHS movies! Gremlins 2 made my day.
