Walking to a peculiar place is one of my interests. It arouses my mental, social, emotional, and physical abilities. Physical is when my body can navigate what I am looking for a period. Mental in terms of thinking about how to get there and find ways to be exactly where that place is. Social is the ability to approach nicely, talk, and ask others for directions and landmarks to arrive accurately. Emotional is the result of all three aspects. Patience should be the top priority of this type of exploration. The advantage of going somewhere unaccustomed is the opportunity to measure yourself beyond what you can imagine. You have to find a stupefying walk worth your time and effort. Let me take you to where I was one afternoon.
The Wanderlust Begin
On this day I went to the city to process some personal matters. Have you been to Ayala Center Mall? If yes, I am sure you know Cebu Business Park as well. However, in my case, I am only familiar with the name but not with the specific structure itself. I have been to Ayala Center Mall but not to Business Park for an appointment. It was a bit challenging for me. Even so, I was eager and determined where the location was. The specific building I should go to is Cebu Business Park, Cebu Holdings. Upon the landing of the place, I started to feel so small because of the tall and cosmic buildings.
I felt like a stranger walking. A few minutes later, I turned my attention to the left, where I found the Seda Building under construction. It's just that I assume this was a hotel, yet I'm not sure at all. The front yard is a peep of a landscaped garden with many green plants. What an impressive area. My eyes were astonished by its unique landscaping. Suddenly, I found myself laughing and it made me wonder where I was heading.
My feet started to grumble, and my body was whining as well. My mind firmly told me I had to look for my purpose. They're fighting. Haha. After a few minutes of walking around there, I saw a man in a riffle and a blue uniform. Thankfully, I caught sight of a security guard busy securing his vicinity. Without hesitation, I asked him pleasantly and in an approachable way, where can I find the Cebu Holdings Building? He told me, " You already passed by a bit of the building."
The Most Awaited Moment
"You see that Ivory colored structure? That's what you're looking for. Yeah, the taxi driver did not know it, just like me, so I haven't been there exactly. Thanks to the kuya driver. I became instant inquisitive and sociable. With so much exhilaration, I almost forgot to thank him. Then, I ran across the avenue and became an instant traffic enforcer for me to pass.
At last, I reached my destination. As I entered the building, the guard asked me which office I would visit. I told her the details. She asked for a valid ID and gave me a gate pass. After fulfilling my engagement, happily, I went out and planned to take photos in another area, but without warning, a thunderstorm and lightning attack. Because of fear, I just stopped and went home. Anyway, it doesn't matter. I brought good news.
