Happy Hump Day friends! It's Wednesday again. Two more sleep before the weekends. For today's Wednesday walk, I'll take you to the falls.
Ang-Ang Falls is located in the fourth-class municipality of Southern Leyte- Hinunangan. Hinunangan would always ring a bell to some as it is frequently featured in the travel vlogs aired on national television. Byahe no Drew of GMA 7 was one of the travel vlogs that made Hinunangan known to many.
As part of the extension services extended by the university I work in, we assisted the local municipality as they want to produce a promotional video to boost the tourism industry. We were scheduled to visit several places in just two days and first up, we went to Ang-Ang Falls.
Ang-Ang Falls is a two-hour walk away from the national highway. It's perfect for adventurers who would like to go nature-tripping as they can hit two birds with one stone. They can hike and then discover beauty when they reach the waterfalls. If one isn't into walking or gets tired of walking, horses are made available to assist. There are five horses available. Tourists can ride on them on their way to the waterfalls. It's pretty convenient to just ride on the horse for the entire journey as you wouldn't easily get tired walking.
After two hours, you'll be delighted to see the waterfalls. Its coolness is inviting. You would want to dip even if you're still drenched in sweat from walking. But I advise you to take it easy and rest for minutes before dipping in the cold water.
When we arrived there, we were amazed at the beauty of nature. Only natural noises can be heard. Birds chirping, the sound of water, and the breeze of the air. It's calm and soothing. It's the kind of noise that you'll never get tired to hear.
Upon arrival, my workmates then took a little time to relax and regain their energy. Then we prepared the cameras and the drone. The models were also retouched. Thereafter, the shooting began. The models are asked to do a few poses. Drone taking shots. Click click then success. It lasted for hours. After a few takes, we're all done.
Some of my workmates swam after the shots. They took advantage of the opportunity to dip into the cold water. They jumped and used the large stone as their springboard. Ahh. If only I know how to swim, I would surely swim too.
Finally, after they exhaust themselves from too much swimming, we hit the road. Two hours again. Some of the rode on horses. Some walked. Nevertheless, it's easy to come home. It seems like it's just near when we are about to go home.
If you happen to travel to Southern Leyte, consider including Hinunangan in your veterinary. Surely, you wouldn't miss it.

Truly, there is beauty in Nature when you are around one. I admire this waterfall and I see that you guys enjoyed yourself in such a beautiful place.

Upvote ka lang sa post ng iba. Kunwari may binasa ka at nagustuhan mo, upvote mo sya depende sa percent na gusto mo. Parang ginagawa ng iba sa post mo, ina-upvote nila kaya may rewards ka after 7 days (author rewards), sila din na nag-upvote sa post mo, may rewards din (curation tawag don). Sa RC, pag nag-upvote tayo, nababawas sa BCH na nasa wallet ng account natin d ba? Dito hindi.
Kunwari ang rewards ng isang article mo is $50. On payout day, about half mapupunta sayo, yung half, punta sa curators (sa mga nag-upvote don sa post mo).
Paano mag-upvote? Sa baba ng post, may heart icon, yon ang upvote. Click mo yon tapos lalabas yung slider. Depende sayo kung ilang percent ang gusto mo. Sa sample dito sa pix, 30% ang nilagay ko.
