Good evening HIVers are from the state? For this Wednesday walk I take you for a walk in my hometown, Pistoia, a medium-sized city located in Tuscany. Today I took a walk around the city center, crossing some of the main avenues of the city and covering about 2 and a half kilometers and getting lost in the beauties of my city which is rich in history, art and magnificent buildings. In the first part of the walk you come across one of the most evocative churches in the city, the church of San Francesco with the square of the saints of the same name in front, a church with classic lines, vast and imposing, made with the black and white marble typical of many churches in the area, in fact Pistoia is called the city of zebra-striped churches! As soon as I can I will also take you to see other churches in my city. You then continue along the street and in addition to many scooters, which are widely used in the city, you come across many old buildings with different and fascinating architectural styles, Art Nouveau buildings, medieval turrets, houses of various colors while walking. I ended my walk in front of the imposing and historic main theater of the city, the Teatro Manzoni dedicated to the famous writer, an old-style theater with red interiors and large curtains, unfortunately I couldn't take photos of the interior because obviously it can only be accessed for shows. It was a pleasant walk, I love walking around my hometown and I'm always amazed by its beauty.
Buenas noches los VIHers son del estado? Para este paseo de miércoles os llevo a pasear por mi ciudad natal, Pistoia, una ciudad de tamaño medio situada en la Toscana. Hoy di un paseo por el centro de la ciudad, cruzando algunas de las avenidas principales de la ciudad y recorriendo unos 2 kilómetros y medio y perdiéndome en las bellezas de mi ciudad que es rica en historia, arte y magníficos edificios. En la primera parte del paseo os topáis con una de las iglesias más evocadoras de la ciudad, la iglesia de San Francisco con la plaza de los santos del mismo nombre al frente, una iglesia de líneas clásicas, amplia e imponente, realizada con el mármol blanco y negro típico de muchas iglesias de la zona; de hecho, Pistoia es llamada la ciudad de las iglesias con rayas de cebra. En cuanto pueda también os llevaré a ver otras iglesias de mi ciudad. Luego continúas por la calle y además de muchos scooters, que son muy utilizados en la ciudad, te encuentras mientras caminas con muchos edificios antiguos con estilos arquitectónicos diferentes y fascinantes, edificios Art Nouveau, torreones medievales, casas de varios colores. Terminé mi paseo frente al imponente e histórico teatro principal de la ciudad, el Teatro Manzoni dedicado al famoso escritor, un teatro de estilo antiguo con interiores rojos y grandes telones, lamentablemente no pude tomar fotos del interior porque obviamente Solo se puede acceder a él para espectáculos. Fue un paseo agradable, me encanta caminar por mi ciudad natal y siempre me sorprende su belleza.
